1. Nature of Customized Products
All Wardrobeveil products are manufactured to the customer’s unique specifications (bespoke/personalized). Production begins only after successful payment and a mandatory manual content review. Once production starts, the item is uniquely tied to your specifications and cannot be resold.

2. Mandatory Manual Review & Anti-Infringement
To ensure legal compliance and high quality, every order undergoes a 24–48 hour manual review:

Compliance: If the design meets our standards and IP policies, production commences.

Non-Compliance: If a design is flagged for potential intellectual property violations (unauthorized logos, trademarks, or copyrighted art), the order is immediately cancelled and a full refund is issued.

User Warranty: By uploading content, you warrant that you hold the lawful rights to such designs. Wardrobeveil reserves the right to refuse service for any content deemed unauthorized.

3. Production & Shipping Timelines
Production: The production cycle is 3 working days.

Shipping (Singapore to Europe): Estimated 7–12 working days.

Tracking: Fully tracked service. Customers receive automated updates for: (1) Dispatch, (2) Customs clearance, and (3) Final delivery.

4. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – No Hidden Fees
We ship to Europe under DDP terms. KYNDLE PTE. LTD. assumes full responsibility for import duties and VAT. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon arrival. In the rare event of a carrier billing error, please contact us for immediate resolution.

5. Transfer of Risk
In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage remains with the Company until the goods are physically delivered to you. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked.

EU Statutory Exception: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."

Policy: As our products are individually customized, returns for "change of mind" are not accepted once production has commenced.

7. Quality Guarantee & Defective Goods
While personalized goods are exempt from standard returns, your satisfaction is guaranteed regarding quality:

Eligibility: We offer full replacements or refunds for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or transit damage.

Claim Period: Please report issues to serendipitous@wardrobeveil.com within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a refund through your original payment method (Stripe).

8. Secure Payment
All transactions are processed via Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. We adhere to PCI-DSS standards to ensure your financial data is never stored on our servers.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s European country of residence.
