1. What products does Wardrobeveil sell?
Wardrobeveil specializes in customized, high-quality garment dust covers. Each product is bespoke—manufactured according to the unique specifications and content submitted by the customer. Production only begins after a mandatory manual review to ensure design quality and legal compliance.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major secure payment methods through our PCI-DSS compliant processor:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters the review and production phase.
3. Can I cancel my order?
24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Please email serendipitous@wardrobeveil.com immediately.
After 24 Hours: As our products are custom-made, once production preparation begins, we cannot accept cancellations.
4. How long do production and shipping take?
Production: 3 calendar days .
Shipping to Europe: 7–12 calendar days via premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their order within 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. All European orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Wardrobeveil covers all import duties and VAT. In the rare event you are prompted for payment by a carrier, please contact us with the receipt, and we will reimburse you in full.
6. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window:

We will initiate an official investigation with the carrier (usually resolved within 5 business days).
If the parcel is confirmed lost or significantly delayed beyond our control, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal?
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized." Since our covers are uniquely customized for you, returns for "change of mind" are not accepted. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
8. What if my product is defective?
We stand by our quality. If your item arrives with manufacturing defects, material faults, or printing errors:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence of the defect.
Resolution: We will promptly issue a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you. You are not required to return the defective item.
9. Are there restrictions on uploaded content?
Yes. To protect intellectual property:
You must not upload unauthorized trademarks, commercial logos, or copyrighted works.
Manual Review: Every design is reviewed within 24–48 hours. If we detect unauthorized content, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
User Responsibility: By uploading, you confirm you hold the legal rights to the design.
