As a provider of customized garment covers, we require our customers to respect IP laws:

User Warranty: By uploading any design or logo, the customer warrants they hold the necessary rights or licenses for production.

Compliance Screening: Every custom order undergoes a Manual Compliance Review. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that appears to contain unauthorized trademarks or copyrighted material.

Indemnification: Wardrobeveil acts as a service provider for production; the user assumes all legal liability for the content they provide.

4. Notice and Takedown Procedure (Intellectual Property Takedown Procedure)
