5. Order Fulfillment & Verification
As our garment covers are bespoke and made-to-order:

Upon checkout, your payment method is authorized but not charged. Your custom order then enters our Manual Compliance Review (24–48 hours). Once approved, the funds are captured, and production begins. If a design violates our IP policy, the authorization is voided immediately without any deductions.

Once approved, production and shipping will follow the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
We value your trust. If you notice any discrepancies in your transaction or have questions regarding a payment, please contact us before initiating a bank inquiry. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 to 48  hours.
