5. Order Fulfillment & Verification
As our garment covers are bespoke and made-to-order:
Upon checkout, your payment method is authorized but not charged. Your custom order then enters our Manual Compliance Review (24–48 hours). Once approved, the funds are captured, and production begins. If a design violates our IP policy, the authorization is voided immediately without any deductions.
