Our facility in Singapore handles the entire lifecycle of each order—from raw material sourcing (breathable, high-grade fabrics) to the final stitching. This allows us to maintain 100% control over product quality and production timelines, which is fundamentally different from a third-party sourcing model.

2. Direct Fulfillment & Raw Material Inventory
We manage our own extensive inventory of high-grade raw materials. Once a bespoke order is approved, our on-demand production team completes manufacturing and dispatch directly from our centralized facility.We do not utilize dropshipping or third-party fulfillment centers. By managing our own inventory and packing team, we ensure that orders are processed within 48 hours of approval, significantly reducing delivery risks and chargeback potential.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance Protocol
As we offer customization, we have implemented a Strict Manual Review Process:

Proactive Screening: Every customer-uploaded design is manually inspected by our compliance team before production begins.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any orders containing unauthorized trademarks, commercial logos, or copyrighted material are immediately cancelled and refunded in full.

Declaration: Customers must legally declare ownership of their designs at checkout.

4. Efficient Cross-Border & Intercontinental Logistics
We exclusively serve the European market via established corporate accounts with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. This ensures all shipments are:

Fully Tracked: Customers receive real-time updates from our door to theirs.

DDP Compliant: We settle all import duties in advance, ensuring a seamless customer experience with no hidden fees.

5. Direct Management & Support
Our operations—from the sewing machines to the customer support desk—are managed by our in-house personnel at our Singapore headquarters. This enables us to resolve any customer concerns within 24 business hours, maintaining a low dispute rate.
