1. 24-Hour Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement without providing a reason. Please submit requests to serendipitous@wardrobeveil.com. Refunds will be strictly issued to the original payment method used during checkout.Once this 24-hour window closes, bespoke production begins. In accordance with EU regulations regarding personalized and made-to-order goods, cancellation or standard return rights no longer apply once the item has entered production.
2. Production & Processing
As each product is bespoke and tailored to your specifications:
Manual Review: 24–48 hours.
Production Time: 3 working days .
Production commences only after successful payment and content verification.
3. Fulfillment & Logistics
All bespoke orders are directly manufactured and dispatched from our in-house production facility:

4. Estimated Transit Times to Europe
Standard Delivery: 7–12 working days (after the 3-day production period).
Tracking: A reliable tracking number will be provided to you via email upon dispatch (or within 24 hours of the package leaving our facility). Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing or local carrier schedules.
5. Automated Tracking Notifications
To ensure full transparency, you will receive real-time updates via email at these stages:
Dispatch Confirmation (leaving our facility).
International Customs Clearance (arrival in Europe).
Handover to Local Carrier.
Final Delivery Confirmation.
6. No Hidden Fees – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We provide a Total Price Guarantee for our European customers:
All shipments are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
Wardrobeveil assumes responsibility for all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
In the unlikely event that you are incorrectly charged by a carrier, simply provide us with the receipt at serendipitous@wardrobeveil.com, and we will reimburse you in full immediately.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Your protection is our priority. If your order exceeds the estimated 12-day transit window:
We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier (typically resolved within 5-7 business days).
If the package is confirmed lost or remains undelivered beyond reasonable timelines, we will provide a full refund or a complimentary replacement at your choice.
8. Transfer of Risk (EU Consumer Protection)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage remains with Wardrobeveil until the goods are physically delivered to you. We take full responsibility for the safety of your purchase during transit.
9. Delivery Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or failure to accept the parcel after multiple attempts by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for re-dispatch costs.
